Tasting Notes: Creamy attack, where acidity brings elegance and a long finish; Excellent mouth flavour; Young and intense; Reminds tropical fruits (manga, banana), soft floral notes (spring flowers) and one discrete mineral touch; Vanilla and smoke notes from the barrel fermentation and stage, gives the wine complexity.
Grape Varieties: Handpicked grapes from portuguese varieties Viozinho, Rabigato, Malvasia Fina and Gouveio.
Alcohol Content: 13%

Total Acidity: 5,3 g/l
SO2 (Total): 104 mg/l
Food Pairing Suggestions: Goes very well with grilled fish dishes, sea food, white meat and pasta with sautéed vegetables.
Ideal Drinking Temperature: Between 12 e 14 oC.
Winemaking: Full stemming. Soft pressing of the grapes in pneumatic press. Static clarification. Alcoholic fermentation with moderate temperature control. Stage with fine lies with batonnage until February 2014.
Aging Potential: Until the end of 2016.
