Colour: Cherry red with good intensity.
Tasting Notes: Young with good intensity and complexity, showing ripped red and black fruits from the woods, with floral “nuances”; Very soft attack; Full bodied wine, highlighting the fruity side in mouth aroma; The soft tannins and balanced acidity give the wine elegance and softness to the tasting; Greedy wine.
Grape Varieties: The traditional varieties of Douro, from the oldest vineyards of Quinta Velha, mainly Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Tinta Barroca and Touriga Nacional.

Total Acidity: 5,4 g/l
Total Sugars: 1 gr/l
SO2 (Total): 137 mg/l
Ideal Drinking Temperature: Between 15o and 17oC
Winemaking: Total stemming. Pre fermentation maceration. Fermentation with moderate temperature control and daily manual pumping. Partially staged in French oak barrels for a minimum of twelve months. Not filtered, or cold stabilized. It can create sediments.
Aging Potential: Until 2019.
