Tasting Notes: Intense and complex; Aromas reminding tree fruits (peach, apple), tropical (banana, meloa), citrines (lime, lemon), well balanced with notes from the fermentation and stage in the barrels (spices); Creamy, with volume, where acidity brings elegance and a long final in mouth; Excelent mouth flavour.

Grape Varieties: Handpicked grapes from portuguese varieties Viosinho, Rabigato, Malvasia and Gouveio.
Food Pairing Suggestions: Very good with dishes of grilled fat fishes with butter and olive oil dressing, pasta with cream dressing and sheep soft cheese.
Ideal Drinking Temperature: Between 14 to 16oC.
Winemaking: Full destemming. Soft pressing of the grapes in pneumatic press. Alchoolic fermentation with moderate temperature control in French oak barrels with stage on fine lies and batonnage until May 2012.
Aging Potential: Until the end of 2015.
