Colour: Deep, almost opaque.
Aroma: Notes of very ripe fruit, figs, black fruit and a slight roast at the end.
Tasting Notes: In the mouth it is a very powerful wine, with round tannins but very present. Fig flavour and a touch of mint. A long lasting after-taste.
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Amarela, Tinta Barroca and Rufete.
Alcohol Content: 20,11%

Total Acidity: 4,5 g/l
Residual Sugar: 98,8 g/l
Recommendations for Consumption: Keep the bottle laid down; After opening the bottle, pour the wine in a de- canter and drink within the following 24 hours.
Ideal Drinking Temperature: 18oC.
Winemaking: Traditional method for producing port, where fermentation is stopped by the addition of wine brandy.
Aging: First 2 years in tonéis (large oak barrels) and the remaining years in bottle (up to 20 years or more).
